Shipping rates vary by province and are shown at checkout: free in British Columbia; $7 in Alberta; $8 in Saskatchewan; $9 in Manitoba; $10 in Ontario and Quebec; and $25 in New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Northwest Territories, Nova Scotia, Nunavut, Prince Edward Island, and Yukon.
Orders are processed within 2 business days. Once dispatched, estimated delivery is 3–7 business days for British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba; 3–10 business days for Ontario and Quebec; and 5–10 business days for New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Northwest Territories, Nova Scotia, Nunavut, Prince Edward Island, and Yukon.

Because PLÜSH products are hygiene products, returns are not accepted unless an order arrives damaged or incorrect.
